My Transformation
My journey started when I developed a undiagnosed eating disorder that led me starving myself on a day to day basis to get skinny. This sent me down a path to bad body dysmorphia and depression. Wanting to find a greater purpose in my life, I found the gym. I strived to push myself in the gym everyday to grow bigger, stronger and find my true self. Through a lot of studying and trial and error, I learned the tools to hit my fitness goals. Now I'm motivated to teach those tools to anyone wanting to unlock that better version of themselves. I was able to go from 135 pounds the way up to 200 pounds at one point. I currently sit around 185 pounds (right picture). WE ALL START SOMEWHERE!
